:: adults in third bed 20% discount;

:: room with balcony overlooking the sea: € 10,00;
:: lower 3 nights stay € 10,00 per room;

:: Pets allowed only in the cottages, not in common areas, with

GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS :: The stay goes from Saturday to Saturday for the hotel and from Sunday to Sunday for residence and starts at 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. :: Balance is payable upon arrival. Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners, bank debit card. No reimbursement or compensation is given for late arrival or early departure. Meals may not be deducted. :: Reservations are considered confirmed when you send a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. :: In case of cancellation: - Up to 40 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded in full; - Up to 15 days before arrival the deposit will be returned to 50% and 50% considered valid for any new booking of minimum 7 nights over one year; - Until the day before arrival the deposit will be fully considered valid for any new booking of minimum 7 nights over one year. ::  Any claim must be transmitted to hotel management by letter during the stay. :: Parking doesn’t provide care. The hotel has no responsibility for any damage.
